The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) searched four places Monday related to an ongoing investigation into a graft case at Supiori Regency in Papua in 2007.

"Our teams are searching a company named MMJ at Jl. Balikpapan Raya no. 1 (Central Jakarta) and three houses of suspect SS," KPK spokesman Johan Budi said here on Monday.

The three houses are located in Taman Kebun Jeruk, Jl S. Parman and Complex Simprug.

The search, Johan said, started at around 11 a.m.

SS is later identified as Suryadi Santosa, a director of MMJ, a company that was involved in the development project of a shopping center at the regency with a total budget of Rp 80 billion (US$7.4 million) in 2007.

Johan, however, could not yet state the amount of state loses suffered in the case.

"We are still calculating the loses," he added.
